4 People per Table (6'x3' table)
6 Tables per Row, yielding 24 people per row
6-8 Rows, yielding 144-192 People
  • This gives the people 1.5’ Deep, by 3’ wide area.
  • This leaves a 6’ space between tables (this includes chairs, which is about 4’ between chairs when at the edge of the table)
  • Required Tables:
    • 2 - Server/Network Team (Including servers, monitoring system, and own systems)
    • 2 - For Selling Food
    • 2 - For Sign-in
    • 3 - For Food Consumption
    • 4 - For consoles (1 per console, for console and projector)
      • 13 Total Required Tables
      • 36-48 Tables needed for Gamers
    • Yielding 49-61 Tables needed.
