The BYOC meeting of the Penn College ACM was called to order at 7:08 pm on October 9th in Lancaster 115 in Rose Street Apartments.

• Funds: 250 + 200 (just cash) & 270 (discretionary fund) & 300 (Gamer’s Guild)
