The BYOC meeting of the Penn College ACM was called to order at 7:19 pm on October 23rd in Lancaster 115 in Rose Street Apartments.

• Tourney Sign up and Registration up by Friday
• Ben has flyers on ACM account
• Game servers up on asok ASAP
• Stats on projectors

  • 7-11 Get there set up
  • 11- Prepare for people
  • 12-2 People come in/not any earlier/Tournament Registration/General Play
  • 2-4 Halo 3 Tourney and Super Smash Bros Tourney
  • 4- 1/2 Food Break
  • 6:30 cut off for door prize
  • 8- 45 min Food Break
  • 9- Tournaments resume
  • 11:30- Final awards/prizes
