The executive board meeting of the Penn College ACM was called to order at 3:30 pm on August 23rd in the Library by Tom.

• 189.38 Allocated for T-Shirts & Novelties, T-Shirts made by School or Other Company?
• 270 Discretionary Fund, ACM Case Badges
  • Ben look into case badges
• Name Change from ACM Computer Club
• Polo Shirts made for executive board for events, chip in money half and half? 10 total?
• September 2th Career Fair and also ACM Sponsored Speaker
  • Carpool Wed and Thurs to Career Fair at Penn State
• General Member T-Shirts
• Conference- Andrew S end of next week will have event selected, Consumer Electronics
• Fall Fiesta 8/30/07 3:30-5:30- Banner Pamphlets, LCD John, Guitar Hero
• Meeting 8/30/07 8:00pm CC TV Lounge
  • Party Pizza from Vinnies 2 and soda for meeting
