Meeting Minutes for September 11, 2007

Opening:

The meeting of the Penn College ACM was called to order at 3:32 pm on September 11th in ATHS E230 by Tom.

- LAN Party
  - 65 people attended
  - LAN Rules need to stay in affect (mouse from lab was used in MAC lab)
  - Fear will be installed on MACS
  - Quake possibility in future
- SGA Report
  - Currently 7th in points
- Alcohol Awareness Week
  - Will have drunken Guitar Hero with Beer Goggles
NEW
- T-Shirts
  - Need Ideas on Design for screen print shirts
  - Will offer money towards polo shirts for those who want them
- Trip
  - Will take 6 people to CES in Las Vegas
- Conference
  - Will be attending some other little conferences throughout the year with more members
- Will be sponsoring speaker Thursday September 20th
- Server Team
  - Need help running website and server see Brandon or Tom for details

- Free Jolt with campus rep
- Penn State job fair carpool 19th and 20th will meet in sheetz or LEC parking lot see Andrew S for more info.
